Well, I’ll never forget the last time I walked in there to see a J. 3-Night run in’94, because just before your ticket got torn at the Warfield front door… Had this photo displayed! … Size – right through the front entrance window of the Warfield when you walked in the front doors!!! As I sure wish I would have had my camera for that run. It was like Garcia himself greeting you at the entrance – in Photo form! And then naturally, when that Warfield red curtain swung open nice & slowly… You got the real Garcia right in your face! Elbows right on the stage for me at that run, as I will never-ever forget! The 2nd to last Garcia Band run for me, with my last & final being at the Kaiser. So, the deal on this Shirt is that it was obviously a super Popular! Image back in the day, and it was one that Fans cherished! In 1988, and in 1989 on the J. Fall Tour on the East Coast! This was indeed one of the very-few Garcia Shirts that were available as a Tour Shirt! This one here over a Quarter-of-a-Century! ? ! Later has indeed stood the test of time, as far as the best of the best Jerry Garcia Shirts go… And, if you are a straight & to the point type of Fan who treasures the Classic! Rock & Roll look… Well, then this one is tough to beat indeed. In fact, I would personally go as far as saying that this Garcia Shirt is definitely one of the coolest ever.
