Vintage 1978 new years eve show at winterland west San Francisco with Grateful Dead, The Blues Brothers and The New Riders Of The Purple Sage. Said tag is large but measurements are a size medium. Shirt has 9 small holes in total and the more noticable ones are shown in last pics. Graphics still look great but the shirt does show signs of wear and i did my very best to remove the dirt that was on the shirt without draining any color out of it. It was stored very poorley in a dilapidated auto shop. When Trying to photograph the dirty spots on the shirt they really didnt show up in close up pics but hopfully it can be seen in the pics i have up. There’s also pit stains as shown. In my opinion the shirt still looks aweswome and i would keep and wear this rare gem if it was my size. Width from pit to pit laying flat:: 20 Length from top of collar down the back center:: 26 1/2. Vintage GRATEFUL DEAD Skeleton Jester Steal Your Face Purple Tie Dye GDM T-Shirt

Vintage pre-owned GRATEFUL DEAD Skeleton Jester Steal Your Face Purple Tie Dye GDM T-Shirt. Made in the USA of 100% cotton by Clay Hill Dry Goods of Birmingham, Alabama. Shirt is tie dyed purple and features a skeleton jester or joker standing atop what looks like the Steal Your Face skull, although there is no lighting bolt on the skull. The back of the shirt features three smaller jesters and three smaller Steal Your Face skulls. At the base of the jester’s scepter on the shirt front is the word’Tether’. Also beneath the artwork on the shirt front are the words:’The Mountain, Licensed under GDM 1994′. The back has similar text that reads both’Tether’ and’The Mountain, Licensed by GDM 1994′. Shirt is tagged size X-Large. Actual measurements taken while lying flat are as follows: Chest 23-1/4″, Shoulders 22-3/4″, Length 26-1/2. Overall shirt condition is good. This is mostly apparent on the back side of the right arm, as pictured. There is also a small pencil eraser sized hole near the right hip, as seen in the photograph with a pencil for reference.
