Authentic Grateful Dead Space Your Face 1987 Single-Stitch Tie-Dye Shirt, LRG

1987 Single-Stitch Tie-Dye Shirt, Men’s Size Large. Shirt has artwork on the front. It’s in pristine condition with no visible imperfections, as shown in photos. The shirt is tie-dye, it’s 100% cotton, and the brand is Badger. This is an incredibly rare find- the Design Museum in London has one of these shirts on display. I acquired this shirt from a private collector who had stored it in a sealed container for many years. Since getting this shirt, I have also stored it in a sealed container. I have never washed this shirt. At most, this shirt was worn once. All my shirts come from the same collection. Feel free to message me with questions.

As far as the eye-catching, the rad, and… The real good & Grateful Deadie fashion look! Just to think that when The Mountain was rolling out these Killer! Tees, the Band was still Touring Strong! No cell phones then, so you just had to go on Tour! To see what new Mountain designs were matriculating through the seas of Dead Fans in Venues Everywhere! Dang, and as for this one here… Just one of the Best! I mean after all, on the front side of this’ Batik’ style Shirt in a Sweet Colored Tie Dye! — you’ve got a Skeleton Jester all dressed in Green – proudly Waving that Grateful Dead Flag! And, this Skeleton Jester is making sure that this statement is extra powerful… Choosing to stand right in the middle of a G. And, as we all love our’ Belt Buckles’… Just check out the Jester’s — as it is Rockin’ a Skeleton!! And, on the backside — Three More Skeleton Jesters all dressed in Green!!! Hot Spots that were are talkin’ about here on this Magnificent! Run – because in Fall’94… The Band hit just about hit them All!!!! >>> The Cap Centre! In addition to the Boston Garden! – the Philly Spectrum! – and of course… Also, a Very-Special Shirt, in that it was one of the very few Shirts designed to represent only the ” 1994 Grateful Dead Fall Tour “! It was designed just for this Tour, along with just a few others – some tie-dyes, and some not… Like this Black Rock & Roll Beauty! A 1994 GDM design by Steve Roth! And, as you can well imagine from the photos provided – this was the Hot! One from this Tour… And was/is/and forever will be – an Instant G.
