I got this large Jester Tshirt in 1974 when I was a senior in high school. I think I ordered it from an ad in Creem magazine. At the time I was a long-haired guitar player and the design reminded me of myself. I didn’t know it was connected to the Grateful Dead until recently. I wore it back then, but for the past 45 years it’s been stashed away in a chest. Stanley Mouse did a lot of cool artwork in the 70’s. The tag doesn’t look good, but the shirt is in good condition. No underarm stains, but there are a couple of very small stains on the abdomen area (shown next to a penny in photo) and also a small hole on a back seam (shown next to a dime in photo). Measures: Pit to pit 19 1/2″ and Length 27″. The item “Vintage Grateful Dead T-shirt, Bought New in 1974 (For Sale by Original Owner)” is in sale since Thursday, March 25, 2021.
