Live Memories, when Garcia kicked-into those subtle & early Mutron Envelope Filter Flurries! – letting us all know that it was indeed coming down the pike… And quite usually – as a Set Opener! Was the ballpark that this fan here always! Liked to play in. And, you know what – I think that Shakedown Sam would likely agree! Snappin’ his Gloved-Fingers to the Beat! – in that Leisure Suit!! What a logo for the ages, for certain… And obviously, always the logo associated with the 1978 Lowell George produced 1978 LP Masterpiece! I for one could not live without my Shakedown Street… Been enjoying the’ Remaster’ too, over the last decade! So this Shirt here? Well, this one is actually now over 20-Years! Here is the question that I have always liked to pose to fellow G. Fans – and that question is??? This Man in the Green Leisure Suit! ? See, now you tell me – as it seems like everyone always has their own name for this guy! As I guess the’ Invisible’ thing has worked indeed!! Well, here’s one thing for certain – and that is that this Shirt is Visibly-Awesome!!!!! Truly one of the Coolest! Tie-Dye creations for the G. In the New Millennium! At least to my eye… I mean just check-out that Tie Dye! And, the ” Grateful Dead ” Font!! One other little thing that I think is kinda cool — the Gilbert Shelton / 2003 logo is actually forwards (on front) & backwards (on back)… Just like Grateful Dead & Shakedown Sam! So one thing is for certain, in wearing this one – he’ll always be Shakin’ Down in the same direction as You! What a Classic – in Rarity, Uniqueness – and Style! Gotta love this G.
