1990 was a great year for the Grateful Dead and this run of shows at Nassau Coliseum were outstanding. Branford Marsalis joined the band for the last 2 songs of the first set and the entire second set. A magical night, exceptional interplay with Branford’s amazing saxophone work. The Eyes of the World on 3-29-1990 is one for the ages. A great shirt bought on the grate Spring tour in 1990. As is true with almost all T-Shirts from the old days, an XL shirt from 1990 is more like a L in todays larger bodied world. This shirt is in amazing condition considering it’s over 33 years old. Very rare and unique. A collectors piece from one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time. More photos available for interested buyers. This shirt and the others that will be listed here come from the collection of a deceased long term member of the Grateful Dead sound crew. The family wishes to keep his name anonymous.

As, at some point, THIS Dead-Historic Vintage T-Shirt became a Work Shirt! ” It now has “character & sports a few small tears & tiny holes on the front only a couple that are approx. 1 to 1 1/2 in. The rest are mostly tiny barely noticeable holes. It has fading and & there is a little bit of piling up on the right front bottom hem. It obviously has many stains, as work shirts do.. ! The graphics are in great shape, albeit a little faded for entering into its 4th decade this year! Please look at all pictures for condition Please check measurements to your size of shirt: horizontal. “Pit to Pit” 23 inches. Vertical: top of collar to bottom hem: 29 inches Please examine photos to be sure this vintage piece of “Rockin’ Dead History” is what you want, as sorry folks- no return on this item…
