I was fortunate enough to catch 10 dates on this’92 Summer Tour Charlotte, RFK, Star Lake, Soldier Field, Deer Creek & Buckeye! And can assure you that there were fantastic live G. RFK marked the “Return” of Casey Jones – 1st time since’84! Star Lake was two nights of bliss that included a huge night 1: Scarlet>Fire, Dark star & Spanish Jam! & night 2: Help>Slip>Franklin’s, Speedway & Truckin’ > Spoonful! 6/25 in Chicago was just big-league stuff w/ James Cotton joining for both Schoolgirl & Gloria! And Deer Creek night 1??? – just better just go check the setlists on this heavy-duty night – Sure hope you too were there. And as for this Buckeye Lake Show – the’92 Summer Tour-closer… Ohio show to end an awesome tour – with my personal highlight being Steve Miller joining the boys for a smokin’-hot Midnight Hour!!! Well, here is The! Venue-specific shirt – and in my personal opinion, it was without question the coolest “Fan-made Shirt” for this entire Tour – at least on the 10 that I saw. But I don’t know… I think this super-creative & massively-artistic one could possibly be entered in a coolest lot shirts of all-time contest! ? ! Unfortunately, there aren’t any of those – but there should be. I’ll let the Photos! Do the talkin’ – Ha! – when you actually had to do the leg-work yourself to find the Gratest! Stuff in the lot, or in some field? ! ? Heck, supposedly there’s a’Lake’ at Buckeye Lake, but me & my touring-buddies never saw it?? But we can claim that we did sleep in the lot – because the parking-scene was so unorganized, to the point where almost everybody! Had to sleep in the lot… Because the security/event management team blew it logistically! We could see the I-70 – but had absolutely no-chance of reaching it – until the sun came up! So let’s hear it not only for the best Live Band ever (our beloved Grateful Dead), but also for the Space Cowboy himself! … Or the “Midnight Toker”, if I may. What a Show at the Buckeye Lake!! … And, What a Shirt!!! I’d tell you to frame-up this rare-beauty… But, there are just too many compliments to look forward too obviously… If you wear it!
