It changed some during the 1990’s when fashion and trend went “Oversized”. In short – PLEASE MEASURE!!!! It’s the safest and only accurate way to shop CLOTHING online. Measurements are taken with the item laid on a flat surface. So please consider this. If your measurements are similar to the ones provided, perfect!
