And, on the backside — Wow!!! The one & only Doug Irwin Guitar Tiger-Rose Logo! With ” JGB Fall Tour 1991 ” printed below! The font is simply amazing, appearing to be almost glowing paint-like in fashion, both on the ” JGB Fall Tour 1991 ” logo, and also on the ” Jerry Garcia ” section on the Front! Bright & Vivid is everywhere on this design, and it really invites you to dive… Right on in – just kind of like that Legendary! Garcia Band 1991 Fall Tour!!! One of my favorites for certain, and really… Likely one of Garcia’s favorites too! And, as for this Tour itself? It was something else!! I mean keep in mind that the J. G. B. Had not played on the East Coast for almost 2-full-years! And, without any question – this’91 Fall Tour covering the East Coast & Midwest too Massively-Grew! The J. G. B. Fan base almost overnight in a Show by Show basis for this Huge! Check out the ” Pure Jerry ” release Hampton 11/9/91 to get a pure taste. I myself was lucky enough to get a taste’ Live’, as I was fortunate enough to see the Two (2) ” Tour-Opening ” Shows! At the Cap Centre!! On 11/6/91 & 11/7/91 – and my goodness were they ” On ” – Super-Duper Tight! For the Loyal East Coast Garcia Fan Faithful!!! The crowd anticipation & reactions to the hot-moments of Garcia & Co. From the 11/6/91 Show-Opener Cats! And on, I could tell that this Tour was truly one of’ the-ones’ to see, without any question at all… These were the days, and all of the same’ Jerry-Magic’ is captured Wonderfully! Right inside this now Legendary! Fall Tour 1991 Tour Shirt. Enjoy this one with all of your Garcia-Fan might! Vintage Grateful Dead Tour Shirt 2004 Never Worn Old Stock Sample Print RARE Y2K

This is one of a handful of original preproduction sample prints for the 2004 Greatful Dead World Tour. This item has been stored and never worn, it was used as a sample to determine if the design and material was wanted or not. The print later went into production for that years tour. This particular one was recently found at the original printers and is being put up for sale. This is the only sample I’ve ever seen, and maybe the only never worn shirt left in existence. This one is printed on M&O Knit, it was later switched to Port and Company for the final version.

Vintage Jerry Garcia 1987 “On Broadway” tie-dye T-shirt from the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre run in NYC. Original single-stitch construction and front/back graphics. Authentic late-80s hand-dyed pattern. Extremely limited Broadway-run merch and highly collectible. Good vintage condition with some flaws: tiny hole on sleeve, small stain on sleeve, and light hem wear. Normal fade and wear for age. Signifying the 2-night Irvine run – all by itself! And then you’ve got a map/scope! Narrowing in on the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic runs – listing each consecutive city on the Tour! Grateful Dead high-tech’80’s T-Shirt design, right? As this one is light-Years! Beyond your average & plain CBGB shirt, right?? ! But seriously, just take one look at the back of this near 30-Year Old treasure, and I think you’ll agree. Check out that mid-’80’s ” Grateful Dead ” font too? Looks very ” Greek Theatre ” style, well… At least to my eyes & mind! Heck, this Shirt looks like a tactical Tour-itinerary! Dang, and it never seemed quite this organized? Well, speaking for myself – that is… With my Tour Crew! Ahhh, the Good Ol” Daze’… But, as for the front of this Shirt.. The one & only ” GD ” Lightning-Bolt Heart Logo!!! A front & center symbol on the front of your G. Tee to show what you stand for… That’s right >>> Love! One of the Coolest Dead Shirts of all-time, at least to my eye – and Stellar! Condition too, might I add. Just check out the photos! Oh, and I almost forgot…. How about the Shirt-Color! This one only gets better & better. Kinda like this’86 Spring Tour too – believe it. Magic all over this Tour, and – this is the Pre-’87 Era too, if – you know what I mean, and where I’m coming from on that. Well, my personal moment of magic on this Tour – it’s an easy one. And hopefully, you too were there, or are at least in the know. The 2nd Night, of the 3-Night Spectrum run. Set I is nice, and you can just tell they are on it – and things might just get hot You know, one of ” Those ” nights… Alabama > Greatest opener – Dire Wolf > Rooster, Brown Eyed Women – Esau! – Ramble On Rose – El Paso… Nice & even among the Band, but – it does feel kinda light Bobby is hungry! Garcia calls for 1/2 Step Mississippi > Bobby drives in into Women Are Smarter! Garcia drops down a High Time, and then… Ace calls for the’ Bob Weir Show’, on a straight-up Power-house Sailor > Saint!!! This drives steadily into Drums… And then – ” It ” happened. Garcia finds the sweetest of sweet treble lines, after the calming of a ravaging Drums > Space! And it’s on >>> The Dew!!!!! And Fans, this Morning Dew is an explosion of Brilliance, Passion & Fire!!! And, I know it’s probably hard to believe, but this Dew was so unbelievably Hot! – that the Band? I kid you not. It was like a Walk-Off Home-Run! They must have just looked at each other, and realistically figured – well, who can top that? ! ?? Not even us, and we’re The Grateful Dead! Then, to’ continue’ to write Mid-’80’s Rock & Roll History on this Spectrum night, they come back for an Encore, and Ace just DESTROYS!!! Gonna Wait, Wait – Wait-Wait… Till’ The Midnight Hour!!!!!!! Some of the hottest-stuff-ever, by the Best-Band-Ever! Well Fans, so – here’s the Shirt! Enjoy this one, and wear it with a little-bit of that Mid-’80’s G. December 31, 1985 (12/31/1985) – Oakland Coliseum – Oakland, California (CA) : 1986 Grateful Dead Productions (’86 GDP / FLD) – Tim Harris Art Design! New Year’s Eve Father Time! Shirt designed by Tim Harris! – the Last-Ever ” Dead Shirt ” issued for the Massive! Twenty Years So Far!! Offered here is the Very-Rare! – Featuring an Amazing Art Design by Tim Harris aka. You know, think back now – this is the one that features both and Hour Glass, and a Winged-Father Time… In my opinion, one of the truly quintessential G. T-Shirt images of the Mid-1980’s! And as for ” Father-Time “? Well, we all know the story there – but not to sound like a Red Bull commercial… This one has Wings!! I mean how Grateful Deadie is that a word? – I don’t know… But I like this ring it gives. Looking into it, it appears he is generally depicted as an elderly bearded man – dressed in a robe (as we know) – usually carrying an Hour Glass (or other timekeeping device) and/or Scythe (both present in this image). But as for the Wings? ! Well, his image comes from a various mix of’ Historic! Sources coming from both ” Chronus ” (the Greek God of Time) – and – ” The Grim Reaper “. We won’t go there, but how Grateful Deadie – once again!! So, I suppose the ” Wings ” are derived from the ” Chronus ” side, as there is really no better way to’ fly’ into one year to the next… As time slowly or even quickly! Not to get too deep here. Fact is, as that calendar flips really any-year from 1966 to 1992… Is there any better way to spend it, than seeing the Grateful Dead! ? ! This is a ” New Year’s Eve ” G. Here fellow fans, no doubt about it. One of those top-shelf designs from the’80’s, and one that Mickey even choose to stage wear? My memory serves me correctly. It’s pretty good. And last, but definitely not least… Put this one in your cherished collection, in a frame… Or on your body! Father Time’s got Wings!!! This is a Brand New!
