For your consideration is this very very cool, brand new old stock still in original plastic, and extremely rare (with the laminate still with it, and signed on the back by Tim Harris), size medium, Grateful Dead Access All Areas, officially licensed by GDM, tour t-shirt. This is the very rare Fall Tour 1987 Jack of Hearts design created by Tim Harris. Included is the reproduction matching laminate for this tour, signed by Tim, on the back in gold sharpie. The back of the laminate has a small description/story about its design. This one in particular had to do with the many songs that referenced gambling, and card playing in particular. Notice too, the Jacks sword, is replaced with a guitar. The sealed bag was only slightly sliced open just big enough to pull out the laminate so Tim could sign the back of it, as you can see in the first two photos. High quality true silkscreening with metallic inks as you can see in the last photo. The photos of the shirt out of plastic, are the same design and size, and was brand new, when the measurements and photos were taken. They are for reference as this one, for sale in this listing, has never been removed from the plastic. The shirt has never been worn or washed. This shirt and signed laminate are awesome, and brand new! A very rare package! It is a size medium and measures 20 inches across the chest and 29 1/2 inches in length. Tim did all the full tour laminates for the Grateful Dead, starting in 1984s fall tour, up through the end in summer’95. This fall tour 1987 Jack of Hearts design is used both on this tour shirt, and also as the design for the actual fall tour 1987 all access tour laminates. These shirts were made in 1997 by Tims company… Thats 20 years old, and still brand new! These are very rare to come by these days and even more so, still brand new and still including the laminate. These t-shirts are high quality, with beautiful silkscreened graphics with incredible detail and super colorful, and even metallic inks as in this case (gold metallic ink). A super rare and very collectable never worn or washed Grateful Dead tour t-shirt. The “Jack of Hearts” fall tour 1987 design is very rare.
