Shirts made for the 1993 Summer Tour!!! – and a Nice-Big Dancin’ Bears! Party in the Lot!!!!! – just like Bobby Weir once said so-well during Lovelight Greek’86, I believe?? Well here offered is way-cool Grateful Dead ” Summer’93 ” Shirt – that has some serious Early-’90’s Style & Fashion!! And the fantastic graphics on this one say ” Summertime ” all over it… Design, featuring Dancing Bears & Terrapin Turtles! Ring Around The Sun-esque! And, on the Backside… As this scene looks like the Woods! On the way towards the Footbridge! — at Mighty Autzen Stadium!! ? !! Guaranteed to be a’ Scene’ of all’ Scenes’! But, on this’93 Summer Tour leg (prior to Autzen)… And, last but not least… I caught the Shoreline – Cal Expo – and RFK runs… And here like 30-Years later – I have one thing to say… I’m Glad I Did! Actually, I wish that I would have seen all of these Shows – because in’93? The Boys were getting-After! No-joke at all – as they had indeed found a little extra Live Muscle! And were playing with some serious Spirit!!! Some say’93 was the finest post-Brent era year? – maybe just every year after… Because it’s the Good Ol’ Grateful Dead!!! – anyways, this Lot Party is going on! On the backside of this Tee – Dancing Bears! – and some Skeleton! Hands’ showing off a Steal Your Face! They just do-not make them like This! Plus, you’ve even got all of the Tour Dates! From this Summer’93 Tour-leg right on the Shirt back! All – All – All the Time!!!!! This is a Used Vintage Original Collectible-clothing item. From 1993 in overall Good/Very Good condition. If you’re actually keeping tabs, and handing out points for creativity – and stuff like that. How exactly can you beat this? !! Jerry Garcia as a Knight in Shining Armor – riding in proudly on a Skeleton Horse!!!!! Dang, as I distinctly remember how I felt – the 1st time I saw this one on Tour. And here I-was thinking that all the Super! Creative lot shirt ideas had already been used… Jerry as a Knight!!! Hey, I mean after all… He is the King of Rock & Roll – at least in my book. Plus, aren’t Mick Jagger & Paul McCartney already’ Knights’?? Just because Garcia didn’t live in England — no reason at all to not Knight Jerry! And, what really makes this Shirt even cooler… Is that it’s for 1995! – the Last/Final Dead Tour!! And, if you’re are one of those out there that really-knows your Vintage Dead Tees hopefully so! – then, you will also know that a similar-version of this Shirt circulated the 1994 Tour – but, if my mind serves me correctly… The colors on the’ front’ design were in Rainbow-Colors? ! And, it didn’t look quite as this’95 version – with the straight-up Black! In true Garcia style!! And, if you dig the front design on this Tee which, I’m sure you do… Then check-out the back! Of the 1995 Summer Tour dates are present on this one – both East Coast / Midwest & West Coast too! The Bright Colors & Design of this piece of Art are just Spectacular! — in the form of a Rose!!! Plus, I love the font – so classic… & so Early / Mid-’90’s too! As, these were indeed the days that most people still didn’t even have a Computer! Or, if they did… It didn’t work too cool – and, was anything-but user friendly! So, when I see a killer graphic like this… I just like to give props! For 40+ years I’ve been collecting authentic & original Grateful Dead apparel and my entire collection is in exceptional, collector grade condition without any holes or stains unless noted. They are clean, have been properly stored, and most are size XL so they will actually fit. RARE – Vintage, Like New Condition – 1993 Summer Tour with dates starting May 14th & 15th in Las Vegas ending in Washington D. On June 25th & 26th. This is just a cool shirt with a beach / tropical theme! Note: the bottom portion of the tag was removed however it still shows the shirt as an XL. 22.5 pit to pit. 28.25 back collar to hem.
