Authentic Grateful Dead 1988 Single-Stitch White T-Shirt w/ Skeleton Art, Men’s Size Large. Artwork is on front. It depicts two skeletons riding a rollercoaster, with red, white & blue lettering that reads At Least… I’m Enjoying the Ride. Art is by S. It has a few imperfections, as shown in photos (tiny stains, etc). The shirt white, 100% cotton, and the brand is Screen Stars. I acquired this shirt from a private collector who had stored it in a sealed container for many years. Since getting this shirt, I have also stored it in a sealed container. I have never washed it. Vintage 1994 Grateful Dead Fall Tour Shirt On The Road Again Single Stitch XL

Vintage 1994 Grateful Dead Fall Tour t-shirt featuring the iconic “On The Road Again” dancing bears in a psychedelic bus on the front chest. The reverse side showcases a large, colorful graphic of a signpost listing tour stops like Boston Garden, Madison Square Garden, and The Spectrum, surrounded by roses and a sun motif. This single-stitch shirt captures the authentic spirit of the 90s jam band scene with its classic crew neck and short sleeve construction. Note that this well-loved piece shows significant signs of wear, including various stains and discoloration consistent with its age. The tag was removed but it is copyrighted 1994 Grateful Dead Merchandise on front and back. This shirt has stains on the front as shown and some discoloration on the collar. Jerry Garcia as a Knight in Shining Armor – riding in proudly on a Skeleton Horse!!!!! Dang, as I distinctly remember how I felt – the 1st time I saw this one on Tour. And here I-was thinking that all the Super! Creative lot shirt ideas had already been used… Jerry as a Knight!!! Hey, I mean after all… He is the King of Rock & Roll – at least in my book. Plus, aren’t Mick Jagger & Paul McCartney already’ Knights’?? Just because Garcia didn’t live in England — no reason at all to not Knight Jerry! And, what really makes this Shirt even cooler… Is that it’s for 1995! – the Last/Final Dead Tour!! And, if you’re are one of those out there that really-knows your Vintage Dead Tees hopefully so! – then, you will also know that a similar-version of this Shirt circulated the 1994 Tour – but, if my mind serves me correctly… The colors on the’ front’ design were in Rainbow-Colors? ! And, it didn’t look quite as this’95 version – with the straight-up Black! In true Garcia style!! And, if you dig the front design on this Tee which, I’m sure you do… Then check-out the back! Of the 1995 Summer Tour dates are present on this one – both East Coast / Midwest & West Coast too! The Bright Colors & Design of this piece of Art are just Spectacular! — in the form of a Rose!!! Plus, I love the font – so classic… & so Early / Mid-’90’s too! As, these were indeed the days that most people still didn’t even have a Computer! Or, if they did… It didn’t work too cool – and, was anything-but user friendly! So, when I see a killer graphic like this… I just like to give props! Vintage Original 1994 Issued Shirt Featuring the Legendary!!! 1974 Philip Garris Art design The Fiddler! – used for the Epic! 1975 ” Blues For Allah “… All Dead Fans are mostly on the same page in regard to the importance of the ” Blues For Allah ” album. This was the Grateful Dead’s ” Comeback ” after all, following a group hiatus – which nearly led to a complete dis-banding! Oh my, what would we all have done throughout the Late 70’s & 1980’s? ! ? Well, thankfully that was not the case – however, as Grateful Dead ” images ” go – it is tough to beat this one : ” The Fiddler ” (1974) by Philip Garris – the base art design used for the 1975 ” Blues For Allah ” Album!!! Right up there all the way for-certain with Steal Your Face! ” & ” Bertha Skeleton & Roses claim to G. However, while those were obviously invented before & during the ” Golden ” era of the Band, this ” Fiddler ” image on the other hand – represented ” magnificent change & transformation ” for new-look & new-sound! I can only imagine some of the fan-reactions when they first heard their very-first ” Allah ” album play in’75 – Wow! And especially being there to see it performed ” Live ” during those so very few & precious 1975 chances!! The funny thing is, probably just about the exact same thing happened a couple years later when they also heard ” Terrapin Station “! ? ! These were interesting times indeed, and in my opinion this is the Quintessential! Image from this way-beyond exciting time for the Grateful Dead. And as for this Shirt itself? This is a Shirt made in 1994! You bet Dead Fans… This one now clocks-in at around 30-Years Old! Where does the time-go! ? A true’90’s vintage time-capsule treasure here, representing the one & only… Thank You Philip Garris for giving all the Deadhead Faithful a Beyond-Legendary! And of course, hey G.
