Vintage Jerry Garcia Band Shirt T Grateful Dead 1991 GDM JGB 90s Single Stitch

Tag is missing but this is vintage from 1991 single stitch. 5 inches from bottom of armpit to armpit. The length of middle back is approximately 27 inches long. Nice fade. Only flaws are the hems bunching a little and the mark on back shown in the last picture. Please see all pictures and make sure this is right for you before purchasing.

Vintage Original 1994 Issued Shirt Featuring the Legendary!!! 1974 Philip Garris Art design The Fiddler! – used for the Epic! 1975 ” Blues For Allah “… All Dead Fans are mostly on the same page in regard to the importance of the ” Blues For Allah ” album. This was the Grateful Dead’s ” Comeback ” after all, following a group hiatus – which nearly led to a complete dis-banding! Oh my, what would we all have done throughout the Late 70’s & 1980’s? ! ? Well, thankfully that was not the case – however, as Grateful Dead ” images ” go – it is tough to beat this one : ” The Fiddler ” (1974) by Philip Garris – the base art design used for the 1975 ” Blues For Allah ” Album!!! Right up there all the way for-certain with Steal Your Face! ” & ” Bertha Skeleton & Roses claim to G. However, while those were obviously invented before & during the ” Golden ” era of the Band, this ” Fiddler ” image on the other hand – represented ” magnificent change & transformation ” for new-look & new-sound! I can only imagine some of the fan-reactions when they first heard their very-first ” Allah ” album play in’75 – Wow! And especially being there to see it performed ” Live ” during those so very few & precious 1975 chances!! The funny thing is, probably just about the exact same thing happened a couple years later when they also heard ” Terrapin Station “! ? ! These were interesting times indeed, and in my opinion this is the Quintessential! Image from this way-beyond exciting time for the Grateful Dead. And as for this Shirt itself? This is a Shirt made in 1994! You bet Dead Fans… This one now clocks-in at around 30-Years Old! Where does the time-go! ? A true’90’s vintage time-capsule treasure here, representing the one & only… Thank You Philip Garris for giving all the Deadhead Faithful a Beyond-Legendary! And of course, hey G. The Second Decadenal Field Trip!!! Who know a’ Real-Deal’ Dead Shirt when you see-one – from close 45-Years Ago!!! & Rock & Roll History!! Probably best-described in’ short’ & in modern Dead Fan language as… ” Sunshine Daydream – Part II “!! And, as far as long-described goes? Well, trust me as I could go on All-Day! This was the long-waited ” Return ” of The Grateful Dead! To Veneta from the Legendary! 8/27/72 Veneta, Oregon Show… Some do feel that 8/27/72 was one-of, if not simply ” The ” most-important Dead Shows in the Band’s entire History! And, I sure do agree – that it is up there. But, being that this still is America & all – a land where everyone is entitled to their own opinion – even if it is in the great ” minority “… And so, here – with no Furthur adieu – here’s mine… On 8/28/82 (nearly 10-years to the date, of the 8/27/82 Show)… And yes, by Hotter!! I mean – let’s put it this way… In’72 the Strat! Got a little bit of mercy (here & there) – but, in’82… And, quite frankly – I’ve ” outgrabbed ” my 8/28/82 Tapes a near 2-to-1 in ratio since having them both in my possession from way-back in the Late’80’s As from the late Set I China > Rider! This-Show is just flat-out Magical!! For that Other One!!! I’d even go as far as calling this Show a ” Top 5 ” of All! It’s just So-Nasty! – and the Boys are simply unwilling to not make this one count — Big-Time!!! The Grateful Dead’s Second Decadenal!! To the Magnificent & Glorious! Oregon Country Fairgrounds on 8/28/82!!! So, in other words – go grab Your! And load-up this Intense & Magical! & You tell Me!! If you know the Magical ” Oregon Country Fair ” Fairgrounds!
