TRUE Vtg 70s 80s Grateful Dead Tshirt 2-Sided Rare HTF Skull Roses Excellent

This is a true vintage Grateful Dead t-shirt from the 1970s or 80s! Features a graphic of Bertha from the album on the back and a small skull & crossbones with heart & roses on the front upper left placement. Mostly black tshirt with a white V-neckline and striped ringer sleeves. Super soft, probably unworn/unwashed but cannot verify that. Made in the USA from a 50/50 cotton/poly blend. Adult size Medium, but keep in mind that shirts were often a slimmer fit 40-50 yrs ago. Also, the stripes around the arms do not stretch very much, which is why I added that measurement to the photos. This is a rare and hard-to-find shirt! Perfect for collectors of Grateful Dead and/or vintage grunge rock clothing! Please look closely at each photo as they are considered part of the description. I take great care in packaging so that my items make it safely to their new homes! I also use recycled &/or biodegradable materials whenever possible to reduce my carbon footprint.

Hand Drawn 1-Off Grateful Dead Shirt done in the late 70s/early 80s. Very Rare Shirt – Only one in existence. Graphics hold plenty of color and are in great shape. The incredible thing about this one is the detail and creativity that went into it. No date or signature on shirt. Tag is Hanes Classics X-Large. No holes – there is some random coloring throughout giving a washed look. Pit to Pit: 22. Shoulder to Bottom: 30.5. Here is your chance to wear original vintage Deadhead art… Custom made Once, -30+ years ago! ALL ITEMS IN MY STORE – ARE IN MY POSSESSION – OHIO (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA). First, I want to thank you for supporting small business! Cotton shrinks over time from things like Washing and Drying – also, clothing worn outside and in the sun can become faded. 1960’s – 70’s – 80’s – Sizes ran smaller, and as a collective, “people” were much smaller. It changed some during the 1990’s when fashion and trend went “Oversized”. In short – PLEASE MEASURE!!!! It’s the safest and only accurate way to shop CLOTHING online. Measurements are taken with the item laid on a flat surface. So please consider this. If your measurements are similar to the ones provided, perfect! Sizes between brands and fabrics always fit a bit differently. Please try to get measurements! See the last picture in sequence… This demonstrates exactly how I get the measurements I provide. Outstanding 1990’s Vintage Grateful Dead Concert Tour Long Sleeve T-Shirt. Jerry Garcia’s artwork of Bertha on the front and back with the vines of roses strewn along the sleeves makes this an iconic Grateful Dead classic. Shoulder to Hem – 27. Sleeve Length – 21 1/2. Shoulder to Shoulder – 21. Never-worn, was in its original plastic up until last year. I removed it from plastic to take pictures so I could list it but then ended up not getting it done. Lost the plastic and it manged to get a few little pinholes and two tiny black spots while it was hanging in storage this past year.
