Vintage 90s Grateful Dead Chicago Dead Ice Cream 1990 Size L Rare Liquid Blue. Rare Grateful Dead shirt! This is a size large. There are no rips or tears to this. There are yellowish stains on this shirt, they are on the front, collar, arm pits, and back. I took close up photos so you can see it. Dancin’ Bears too – Smiling afloat in some Boats! And what Great Shows too – and Especially! Night # 1 with the Legendary! James Cotton coming out and driving the Blues! What a Great 1992 Summer Tour all through & through, in fact. I did 10 straight dates on this’92 Summer Tour, and would have to say that this 6/25 Show here in Chi-Town was without any question at all… One of the Very-Best!! Chicago’s very own James Cotton – and even Steve Miller too! Delivering the Chicago-Blues sound, right alongside of the Good Ol’ Grateful Dead!!! This led to Smokin’-Hot versions of Good Morning Little School Girl!! I saw the Charlotte > RFK > Star Lake > Chicago!! > Deer Creek > & Buckeye Lake Shows! – and I’m pretty certain that this Shirt design was the only! ” Venue-Specific ” Shirt done for this whole Tour run? ! ? Well, I can only speak for the 10 Shows I saw, and the lots & venues that I traveled through Blissfully! But, there definitely wasn’t a Venue-Specific Shirt designed for RFK, and really… That was the only other’ Stadium’ date that I saw – maybe at Giants? I never have seen it. And, usually in this Early-’90’s G. Era – it was only the ” Big-Capacity ” Shows & Show-Runs that a’ Special’ Venue Shirt was designed for. And, luckily for Chicago, for Soldier Field the Proud! Home of the Monsters of the Midway… For the all the lucky Deadheads! Chris Pinkerton design was born & delivered! Just check out the Photos, for certain… Is Creative with a capital ” C ” Go Bears! – and Awesome with a capital A!!! The front of the Shirt features a Massive & Colorful! Design of a Surfing-Skeleton! Riding a Wave straight through the’ Windy City’ Downtown of Chicago! With Smiling Dancing Bears paddling alongside in Drift Boats! And, on the back of this Tie-Dyed beauty, it says ” Wake Of The Flood ” with two Dancin’ Bears in a row-boat’ Running a Red-Light’ right inside the City on a Gushing Wave!!! And, of course too – printed proudly & loudly! Chicago – Soldier Field – June 25 & 26, 1992!!! As it’s real safe to say that they just don’t make them’ quite’ like this anymore… Grateful Dead & ” Chicago ” Classic!!!
