Well, or as I should more precisely say… Grateful Dead ” Simulation ” Band. I caught the Tour-closer on this 2008 ” Like A Tumbleweed Tour ” at the McDonald Theater Kesey-Family Venue! – and was fortunate enough to catch a simulation-Smoker!! DSO surprised the Eugene-faithful with the’ Packed-with-Fire! From the Berkeley Community Theatre!!! Though this wouldn’t be much of a surprise (business as usual, really) – but I actually listened to this exact’84 G. Show just the week-prior to seeing this Eugene performance. As a result, I knew what the Show was lightning-quick – and was in pure ” think-back-in-time ” G. The whole night long. I’m assuming you are familiar with this BCT Show – but if not… The set list is crazy, and the Band practically blows out the PA with reckless attack, vigor & beauty, you know… Do It In Road! Well, DSO did a nice job – and I was sincerely impressed, as this was still the John Kadlecik (Furthur) line-up. They smoked it, and I will indeed give them that – an Excellent! Show selection for Eugene – indeed. , and I thought this Shirt design was truly-incredible… But all they had left was XXL. You know, it was the DSO Tour Closer! So I bought it – but as its not my size and I unfortunately can’t wear it bummer for me – but… It has only been ” Collected-Only “, and has never been worn or washed.
